January >> February (ʘ‿ʘ)╯
I should write more often. Maybe that way, my memories won’t play tricks on me anymore.
I like people who write weekly notes, so maybe I should start doing the same.
February is coming, the month of love. For me, I’d like it to be the month of love for myself… To be kinder and more attentive to myself, to what I do, and especially to what I don’t do.
My goals for February would be the following:
- to stop eating junk food
- to move more than I do now (it shouldn’t be hard because right now, I barely move at all)
- to write more
- to start writing poetry again
I really hope I can stick to these goals this time, I truly want to make a change!
